Two decades in mortgage lending

Fadi Bohlok has spent over 20 years in the mortgage industry, with extensive experience across first-time homebuyers, corporate relocation, jumbo financing, foreign nationals, FHA and VA lending, and non-traditional alternative income loans.

Fadi is a Boston University graduate with a degree in Economics. His background includes work as a counterpart economist and financial planning specialist — a foundation that shapes how he structures every loan.

He believes a mortgage should be about building a relationship and helping clients achieve their home or investment goals — not just closing a transaction. Outside the office

Fadi resides in Orlando with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, watching soccer, and spending time at social gatherings with family and friends.
